Paul and Brent both did an amazing job handling my claim! I was impressed everytime I spoke with them and they were on top of the situation with State Farm and sub-contractors alike. Often they would call me just to give me updates or to make sure things were continuing to move smoothly. They listened to my concerns and addressed them all, while being honest and up-front with me about the entire process. I would highly recommend Jim Ellis Collision Center to anyone!!

Brent and the staff created a seamless process for me that fit into my crazy work week, including the added bonus of getting my car serviced while it was in the shop. Brent set clear expectations about the turnaround time and process, and he followed up with me through out the week so I was always in the loop on how the repairs were progressing. "While my clasic 1988 10th Aniversary Mazda RX7 that I bought from Jim Ellis in Marietta brand new in 1988 had only 72,000 miles on the odo meter it was unfortunately declared a total loss by the insurance company. Your employees were very helpful in explaining the damage and their own take on the estimate and allowed me to move the car inside the closed fence even after the office was closed. It is service and most importantly customer service that compels a customer to return. Not sure if Jim Ellis places their employees through a customer service training program, but Josh was excellent! He really took care of me. He was honest, friendly, personable and I pretty much felt that my issues and concerns were his issues and concerns. He kept me updated, returned my phone calls, had a great attitude etc.... he made a not so pleasant experience tolerable. Hope you continue to employ people with Josh's disposition. I had just purchased my vehicle six days before from Jim Ellis Audi when it got rear-ended. The service and attention when I bought my vehicle were outstanding (Sasha Landy did a terrific job!). So imagine my disappointment when I got hit. I called the service center who referred me to Gabriel and your collision center. I called right away, but your service guy had already called to let Gabriel know - so he was already expecting my call within minutes! I got regular updates from Gabriel as to the status of my vehicle. He also arranged to call Hertz and have them pick me up so I wouldn't have to worry about a thing!

I belive that at the end of the day it is people who give enterprises a competitive advantage. I can't stress enough the quality of customer service that Josh and Roger provided to me and feel I have an obligation to make the mgmt team/executive team of Jim Ellis aware of this. As I previously stated, when I came to pick up my truck, there were a couple of minor items that had not been addressed on my vehicle. Either of these gentleman could have made it difficult for me to have these items addressed. Instead, both took the time to speak with me, trust that I was being honest in my concern and address those concerns. I'm not sure how long either individual has worked for this facility but they are both valuable asset and I hope are recognized as such by the firm. I will also recommend others to this collision center. In the world of business, the craftmanship for fixing a car is almost a commodity. The difference between two firms is the ability to gain a customer's trust and confidence. Both Josh and Roger were able to do this for me and because of this, I will be an advocate for this center. Josh was amazing! He was so pleasant over the phone and very responsive with email. My car was hit and another insurance company was paying for the repairs. Josh went above and beyond to help me with this situation. He even had the rental car company come and pick up my rental car when I went to retrieve my car. That was such a help!
