He was very informative on a timeline for repairs and kept in great contact with me to ensure the car was delivered as I needed it. Jim Ellis Collision has a terrific employee in Larry. His customer service is excellent, provided many options to meet my needs and even provided information on other services your organization provides. For services I need which fall outside of your area, he recommened local places which your organization uses. Being new to Atlanta, he was exactly what I need to get the various car needs completed. I hope I dont need collision experts again, but if I do I will definately be back. I will also refer people to Larry and your organization."

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received at Jim Ellis. Working in Alpharetta and living in Atlanta, my schedule is very busy. Brent and the staff created a seamless process for me that fit into my crazy work week, including the added bonus of getting my car serviced while it was in the shop. Brent set clear expectations about the turnaround time and process, and he followed up with me through out the week so I was always in the loop on how the repairs were progressing. He also managed the 3rd party insurance agency covering the expenses so I did not have to. The car was actually delivered a day ahead of schedule."

I had just purchased my vehicle six days before from Jim Ellis Audi when it got rear-ended. The service and attention when I bought my vehicle were outstanding (Sasha Landy did a terrific job!). So imagine my disappointment when I got hit. I called the service center who referred me to Gabriel and your collision center. I called right away, but your service guy had already called to let Gabriel know - so he was already expecting my call within minutes! I got regular updates from Gabriel as to the status of my vehicle. He also arranged to call Hertz and have them pick me up so I wouldn't have to worry about a thing!

The transaction was smooth and painless. They were friendly and greeted me well. Had my rental car there so i didn't have to wait. The work on my vehicle was done in a timely manner. The work itself I have found to be flawless, (I'm still looking to try and find something to complain about but I can't!). They got me back up and running so I'm a happy camper!

"Everybody at Jim Ellis, collision was extremely professional very polite to work with was beyond my expectations. My hats off to all of you! It's not very often you find customer service in this market today. They were on top of everything during the whole process. From ordering my part and Every thing in the shop before I drop off the vehicle to keeping me informed on where my vehicle was in the process on a regular basis. I think Jim Ellis Collision Center has done a superb job of this. I would like to also make sure that Gabriel is recognized. He was extremely helpful in informing me where my vehicle was in the process, and when I could expect to have it done. We spoke about half a dozen times, and he was very courteous and informative every time we spoke. I don't know how I can emphasize, I felt extremely comfortable having my vehicle at the collision Center. Thank you again for making this process as easy as possible

"It is service and most importantly customer service that compels a customer to return. Not sure if Jim Ellis places their employees through a customer service training program, but Josh was excellent! He really took care of me. He was honest, friendly, personable and I pretty much felt that my issues and concerns were his issues and concerns. He kept me updated, returned my phone calls, had a great attitude etc.... he made a not so pleasant experience (as people generally do not like to be out of their car for over a month) tolerable. Hope you continue to employ people with Josh's disposition. Thanks!"
